Teachers should be aware that students have different learning abilities, and as such different learning techniques should be used during lessons to match their different abilities. A lesson plan can then be designed. These plans state the specific learning goals of each lesson for teachers to follow in a form that can be carried out in several ways whole class discussions, explaining, experimentation, demonstration, group work, and assessment of pupils work.
